I bought a Lexus GS450h in April 2017 and asked Paul to check it over. He came up with a compehensive list of things that might need attending to in the near & far future. I used his report to get a Lexus main dealer to replace a shock absorber, so saving me hundreds of pounds. The car has just been back to him for new discs & pads front and rear and a new rear brake caliper. Great service and nice to know you are dealing with a factory trained technician. Full recommended.

Paul solved a starting issue on my Corolla Verso which had stumped 2 garages and all of my mechanic friends. I had been told by the garage (who had already needlessly changed the starter motor) that the problem was a broken flywheel and would cost around £1000 to fix. I was about to scrap the car at a significantly reduced price. Despite the battery holding 12v and showing a green indicator, Paul quickly diagnosed that the battery was no longer powerful enough to turn the starter motor. It took him around half an hour and he only took £10 for his time despite my protests. Will recommend him to any of my friends and he'll be the first person I call in future.

Fantastic service from Paul. I have spoken to him over the last 18 months regarding Lexus's. His first advice on an is220d was to get rid of it. So true. Met him today for the first time after buying a Lexus is200 and he checked it out and gave me sound advice on things that needed fixing. Absolutely fantastic service and knowledge of Lexus cars. Recommend to anyone who has a Lexus or Toyota.

I would say that Paul is genuinely skillful with masses of integrity - a bit hard to find these days in any profession. He was great with both visits for my aging RAV4 recently - just really friendly and gets on with it.

I contacted Paul with a problem on my Lexus IS220d. He came out to me within hours to diagnose the problem. He then went on to provide top quality support and advice on demand. Paul\'s best advice ultimately resulted in me not requiring him to carry out any work on this occasion. This is how I know he is as trustworthy as they come. Paul knows Toyotas inside out. He diagnosed a problem instantly, when the local main dealer couldn't and they gave me some mis-information too. Collection and delivery from work or home is really convenient. Highly recommended and a nice guy too.
